Yeah, that’ll happen. Please excuse my cynicism, but the fact is that many corporations owned by owner-managers have enough trouble keeping their information updated as required by the Corporations Information Act.
On the other hand, if you don’t keep the CRA informed, you risk being told to get lost when you try to get information out of them about your corporation because you aren’t properly authorized.
