Tax is really in the news this week. The Current was asking whether Canada needs to get tough on tax evasion. The CBC says that the CRA is getting tough on home offices (when did they ever go easy on them?). And the Ontario Court of Appeal reversed a lower court decision and allowed a class action to proceed against a law firm for an opinion it gave on a donation tax shelter.
