Typography for Lawyers

I have an interest in typography based in a belief that, because our work product so often consists of the documents we produce (at least in the eyes of our clients), we lawyers should take extra care with the appearance of those documents. To that end, I can recommend Typography for Lawyers by Matthew Butterick as a good handbook.

On a related note, Ken Adams argues persuasively that we should not right justify text if we are using MS Word to produce our documents. He also argues against inserting two spaces after punctuation.
