On Thursday, November 3, I will be presenting at the CRA’s quarterly Tax Practitioner’s Consultation Group meeting at the Royal Botanical Gardens. In my presentation, I will discuss recent “Tax Cases of Interest” including the Supreme Court of Canada decisions on the general anti-avoidance rule.
